Description

This ticket is valid for an Evening Tour of St. Mark's Basilica for groups of visitors of up to 100 people who already have a guide and/or escort.

NB: - the voucher purchase does not include the presence of a guide and/or escort so it is up to the purchasers to arrange for a guide to accompany the group;

- the purchase of the voucher does not include the hire of Whisper radio-sets so it is up to the purchasers to procure them for any groups of at least 8 persons;


Practical Information

Groups without a guide/escort are not allowed into the Basilica. The presence of at least one guide is compulsory for tours to take place.

Once the voucher has been purchased, it is not possible to change the date or time of entry and/or add people to the visit.

Please arrive at the Porta dei Fiori (entrance for masses located in Piazzetta dei Leoncini) 5 minutes in advance with your guide/escort. The reception staff will let you in through the most appropriate entrance depending on high-water conditions or any construction works taking place in the Basilica.

The reception staff will collect the voucher and scan the QR-CODE at the turnstile for each guest present.

The start time of the visit is the time chosen when purchasing, and stated on the voucher. It is necessary to be punctual in order to give all visitors the best experience.

The duration of the visit is a maximum of one hour (including entry and exit).

Clothing and conduct must be in keeping with the religious nature of the building.

Visitors should be divided into groups of a maximum of 25-30 people, with each group being accompanied by a guide/escort.

Backpacks and/or luggage larger than 40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm are not allowed.
Trolleys are not allowed under any circumstances.
Security personnel may refuse entry to non-compliant backpacks and/or baggage.
