The booking documents already made, as well as sent by e-mail to the address left at the time of purchase/ registration (check also in the spam folder), are always available on the booking page. By entering your credentials used for registration you can retrieve the/i own/i ticket/i (in the area: Log In - My Account - Order History). If you purchased/registered using Facebook or Google+, you will need to verify the email box associated with these social channels. In some cases the email of social media does not coincide with the mailbox normally used by the user.
It is not mandatory, but it can facilitate the correct reading of accesses. It is possible to use tablets/smartphones. The reservation contains a QR-code or barcode readable from the turnstiles to the entrances of the various sites: the reservation will be verified at the time of entry into the monument. Failure to match the time of entry with the date and time of booking may result in refusal of entry. There is a minimum tolerance to the time of booking (about 5 minutes).
It means that the specific time-slot selected for your visit is already sold-out, even if the selected day on the calendar is listed as green. You've to change time-slot or day to book your visit.
The visitor must show up at the scheduled booking time (only for access to the Cathedral) with a guaranteed margin of 5 minutes. For example, if the reservation is for 10:00 a.m. a visitor is guaranteed entry up to 10:05 am maximum.
